These are great for lunches, picnics, or if you slice them up, fancy appetizers!

Cream Cheese softenedDry Mustard

- Mix the spices and chopped green onions into the cream cheese, then spread cream cheese onto the tortillas.
- Put a few slices of meat, then a thin row of pickled jalapenos and bell peppers.
- If serving for lunch, roll up and stick a tooth pick in the middle and you’re done.
- If using as a fancy appetizer, roll up and stick toothpicks about a 1/2 inch a part. Slice into bite size pieces with a toothpick in the center of each serving.
