Brussel Bacon Apple Salad

Brussel sprouts are back! The cool veggie to eat and there are so many delicious ways to prepare them! If I’m honest I’m your typical roasted veggie kinda girl so I hadn’t really branched out with them until his salad!



Ingredients
- 1lb or bag of Brussels, shredded
- 1/4 red onion sliced thin
- 1/2 apple (pink lady are my fave to use!)
- bacon (few slices chopped and cooked)
- walnuts chopped

Dressing ingredients
- mustard, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder (I didn’t measure them out but just did added each till it tasted how I liked it)

Directions
1. In a mixing bowl placed sliced onion, shredded Brussels, cooked bacon pieces, aliced apple, and chopped walnuts (if you wish).
2. Mix together dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. Should be able to taste the mustard and apple from the vinegar :)
3. Pour dressing on salad when ready to serve!

  1. This sounds really delicious! I don't like brussel sprouts cooked, but I've never tried raw!
